We (Ryecroft Meadow) intend to submit a planning application for the change of use of land off Old Wrexham Road for dog walking. Prior to the formal submission of the application to the Local Planning Authority (Wrexham County Borough Council), and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012, the proposed development must be subject to a pre-application consultation process.
