We have created the member's area as this will allow users to check, reschedule and cancel appointments easily, if and when needed.
If you need any help creating, rescheduling or cancelling bookings please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Please note you can only cancel or reschedule appointments 24 hours prior to your booked time. This ensures other users have the opportunity to book that slot.
How to book & pay
Payment for your booking is via Stripe or PayPal - You do not need an account to use either payment methods, however, Stripe is easier to use on mobile for cards and both are secure options.
Sign up or log in to our member's area using the button above.
Select the type of service you want (exclusive use, group use etc) and the no. of dogs attending.
Select the final booking service you want by clicking 'book now' (for 1-2 dogs this will include time).
Select the day and time you would like to come.
Select either 'book a session' followed by the price or 'buy a pricing plan' then click next (pricing plans involve buying several sessions for a cheaper price, this will save you money if you come here more regularly).
Fill in your details and click 'next'. Now you will have either a card option or PayPal option to choose from. Select either and click 'pay now'.
Once your payment has been confirmed you are all set! You will then receive a confirmation email from us which offers more information about your visit here (check your junk email too!).
