Yes. It is super easy! Locate your confirmation email and select reschedule or cancel. To qualify for a refund or to reschedule, amendments must be made 24 hours before your booking starts. Any issues, just get in touch! If you want to cancel but it's too late you’re welcome to post your slot in our WhatsApp Community Chat Here - another customer may choose to purchase it from you. Access to the chat is available to anyone who has booked with us before. We’ll verify your number against our booking system. If you booked under a different number, just send us a quick private message and we’ll sort access for you.
All cancellations requiring a refund have a 50p admin charge. This helps us cover third-party payment fees, which we don’t receive back in full when a booking is refunded. We recommend you opt for a gift voucher for the full amount instead.
When you purchase a package, if you cancel a session the session will go back onto your package code automatically. Our packages themselves aren’t refundable, but they don’t expire (unless otherwise stated, e.g. limited time offers.) so you can save these for another date.
Per our terms and conditions, the 24-hour rule is waived if an official weather warning is in place and conditions are not suitable or sensible for travel.
Of course you can bring multiple dogs! Make sure you add them on when booking. All base bookings cover 3 dogs, then there is an extra fee per extra dog. Please ensure they are all under control and accounted for during your visit.
Want to bring more than originally booked?
No worries, just send us over a text or email and let us know how many extra dogs came along and we can sort payment.
If you want to hire for large groups, you must contact us.
Yes, but children must be supervised at all times. It is your responsibility to inform guests on which field is booked and our rules. We recommend forwarding your confirmation email to them!
Please be sensible with the number of people and cars you bring.
Yes, professionals such as dog walkers, trainers, behaviourists and dog photographers are welcome to book the fields. All we ask if that you send us proof of your public liability insurance prior to your first visit.
