Changes to the Booking System & Price Increase

Hi everyone,

Upcoming booking system changes:

We have decided to change our booking system. You will still be able to book by coming to our website but it will look different and will require a new login (or no login at all).

Any paid plans have been transferred over and all those with plans have been contacted with information on how to redeem their sessions. There are bound to be a few teething problems as we transfer everything over so please get in touch with us if you struggle with anything and we will be more than happy to help.

Price increase:

After keeping our prices the same for just under 2 years, we have decided that for bookings made for sessions August 1st onwards (using the new system) there will be some small adjustments to our pricing. Our new price will be £10 for up to 3 dogs, with additional dogs being £2 each. (Per 50 minutes with a 10 minute buffer time to ensure people do not crossover in the field). 30-minute sessions will also change from £6.50 to £7.50 up to 3 dogs.

The increase in price has and will continue to be reflected by what we offer here. We have a VERY BIG announcement coming soon and this will make even more evident our wish to improve and make our facility accessible for different dogs.

We have also spent almost 18 months trying to get the support of Wrexham Council to grant our planning permission which has and is continuing to cost us a lot of money.

Please be assured we are going to continue offering a variety of packages/plans adjusted with our new pricing. These have been and will continue to be great for those of you who use our facility often as you can save money. Importantly, this decision is not profit-focused, it is to help us even things out due to ongoing and new costs including our dream to make this facility even better.
